The Caesar Fund
is a fine balance of the ancient methods of finance with the requirements
of today's corporate world. The Caesar Fund is modern leveraged version of
the ancient Roman credit associations that preceded institutional banks as
we know them today.
As a member of
the Caesar Fund you have access to debt capital in privacy and at
attractive rates.
For example, if
you have $ 1,000,000 on account in the Caesar Fund then you may borrow for
2 to 7 times that amount (depending on the time that you have your funds on
account) at attractive rates.
Also as a
member of the Caesar Fund the client finds that their cost of debt
financing is greatly reduced by their participation in the fund's gains.
The Caesar Fund
dedicates a majority of its capitalization to the debt requirements of its
members. The Caesar Fund also
provides Operating Lines of Credit, M&A Financing, MBO Financing, LBO
Financing, Purchase Leaseback Financing and A/R Financing to non-members at
market rates.
NOTE: Caesar
Fund membership is by invitation only. The Caesar Fund has certain restrictions as to the
transactions in which it participates such as LTV value on collateral and
cashflow to support your debt.
