when you need it and with rates and terms/conditions that make sense.
We structure our debt as a line of credit against your corporate assets.
It is a requirement that you have a historic EBITDA to support the debt
burden going forward and a sufficient collateral basis.
For those who do not qualify under our Caesar Fund criteria but who have
A/R or inventory against which to finance we have special relationships
with other debt underwriters with whom we can partner to bring you much
needed liquidity.
